The Peak Performer (TPP) Africa says it aims to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve strategy execution, and foster cross-sector collaboration to support sustainable organisational performance with the 2026 edition of The Peak Performer Festival (TPP Fest).

Organisers said TPP Africa remains committed to advancing its mission of raising leaders, strengthening institutions, and enabling sustainable performance excellence across Africa through executive learning, leadership development, strategic engagement, and transformational experiences.

“Africa’s future will not be determined solely by the quality of our strategies but by our collective ability to execute consistently, build capable institutions, and develop leaders who can deliver results through people,” Yinka Adebayo, chairman, TPP Africa, stated.

Scheduled for June 24, 2026, in Lagos, with the theme, ‘Strategy Execution in Human Environments: The Emotional Intelligence Advantage in People, Pressure and Performance Leadership,’ featuring two key sessions: the Strategy Execution Summit and the CEO Forum.

According to Adebayo, TPP Fest will continue to provide a platform for meaningful conversations, practical learning, cross-sector collaboration and a sense of direction that can strengthen organisational performance and leadership effectiveness in the midst of a foggy operating environment across Africa.

Abiola Salami, Founder, TPP Africa and convener of TPP Fest, stated that most organisations do not have a strategy problem. According to him, organisations have an execution problem, adding that great ideas rarely fail on paper; rather, they fail in human environments.

“TPP Fest 2026 is designed to help leaders understand the human side of execution, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and build the emotional intelligence required to lead people, manage pressure, and sustain performance in increasingly complex environments,” he stated.

Salami further noted that this year’s edition reflects TPP Africa’s long-standing commitment to driving an inclusive culture of excellence across Africa by creating platforms that democratise access to leadership development, executive learning, strategic conversations, and transformational performance engagement.

“One of the most significant aspects of this year’s edition is the growing participation of leaders from both West Africa and East Africa. This reinforces our vision of building a pan-African ecosystem where leaders can learn from one another, share practical insights, and collectively shape the future of leadership, execution, and performance on the continent,” Salami stated.
