Adenike Aboderin is a seasoned finance and management professional with extensive leadership experience spanning the banking, aviation, infrastructure, and public policy sectors.

She currently serves as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Skyway Aviation Handling Company PLC (SAHCO), where she provides strategic leadership and drives operational excellence across the company’s cargo and aircraft ground handling services.

Skyway Aviation Handling Company Plc (SAHCO) is a Public Liability Company listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited. It was incorporated as an Aviation Ground Handling Services Provider under the Nigerian Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990.

Formerly known as Skypower Aviation Handling Company Limited, the firm was carved out of the liquidated Nigeria Airways Limited as part of the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Aviation’s Reform of 1996. On the 23rd of December 2009, SAHCO was handed over to the Sifax Group by the Federal Government of Nigeria, after a keenly contested privatization in which Sifax Group came first as the preferred bidder with the sum of N5.52 billion Naira.

SAHCO services include passenger handling, cargo handling, Ramp and airside operation, hospitality business, aviation security, ground and flight dispatch, GSE maintenance and training Prior to her appointment at SAHCO, Aboderin was the Director of Finance and Accounts at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), where she oversaw the organisation’s financial strategy, credit control, and budgeting functions.

Her distinguished career includes senior executive roles at Citibank Nigeria, Skye Bank Plc, and Premium Securities Limited, as well as serving as Special Adviser on Trade and Investment to the Ogun State Governor from 2011 to 2014. She also contributed to national policy development as Chair of the Sub-Committee on Social Issues during the 2015 Presidential Transition.

A Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). She is also a Certified International Airport Professional (IAP). Aboderin is deeply passionate about national development, with a strong commitment to youth mentorship, industrialization, infrastructural development, and job creation in Nigeria.
