Adeloye brings over 15 years of comprehensive legal experience spanning corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and transaction structuring across diverse sectors including finance, energy, healthcare, real estate, and emerging technology.

A Track Record That Speaks

Adeloye cut his teeth at Olajide Oyewole LLP, where he worked on aircraft financing agreements and marginal oil field acquisitions, the kind of high-stakes, detail-intensive work that separates great lawyers from good ones. As Partner at Orion Partners, he built a corporate practice from the ground up, advising clients and executing legal solutions.

Most recently, as Principal Legal Officer at the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo State, he managed institutional compliance, international partnerships, and commercial transactions, proving he could lead legal operations at scale. He holds an LL. B from Obafemi Awolowo University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. He’s also an Adjunct Lecturer, teaching legal ethics and jurisprudence.
