ipNX Nigeria has announced that two of its Group Executive Directors; Bimpe Olaleye, Group Executive Director, Commercials and Folashade Efiong-Bassey, have been recognised for their outstanding leadership and exceptional contributions to organisational performance at the Women in Leadership Dinner, organised by The Peak Performance Festival.

The ceremony, held on 17 November 2025 at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos, brought together distinguished leaders from the corporate, business, and performance management communities.

The recognition highlights the executives’ pivotal roles in steering strategic growth, fostering operational excellence, and championing a high-performance culture within ipNX.

Their achievements further reinforce the company’s commitment to cultivating world-class leadership rooted in diversity, innovation, ethics, and corporate governance.

In her remarks, Bimpe Olaleye, Group Executive Director, Commercials, expressed appreciation for the recognition saying, “this award is both humbling and inspiring.
