According to Henshaw Victory, the convener, the Dancers Award goes beyond a single event. Shaw in a statement added that the award categories were meticulously designed to recognize the entire dance ecosystem, moving beyond popular performers to include choreographers, producers, creative directors, and institutions supporting dance.
