Oluyinka’s journey began in Nigeria, where his passion for problem-solving led him to develop the Parchive App, a digital solution aimed at tackling Lagos’s growing urban parking crisis. The app allows users to reserve, locate, and pay for parking spaces digitally, improving urban mobility and safety.

Since its 2020 launch, it has recorded over 1,000 transactions and is being positioned for rollout in other African cities.

His earlier work at DEME Group, one of the world’s foremost marine infrastructure firms, saw him play a pivotal role in some of the continent’s most ambitious port development projects. Using his expertise in Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) systems and hydrographic data analysis, Oginni supported large-scale operations like the Tema Port Expansion in Ghana and the Nigerian Port Authority channel optimisation, both of which collectively influence billions of dollars in regional trade annually.

In addition to his infrastructure work, Oginni has contributed extensively to digital transformation strategies in enterprise settings. He has led cross-functional initiatives to automate testing frameworks, optimise operational workflows, and implement data-driven governance protocols across business environments.

His strategic insights have also been sought by U.S.-based venture capital firms through his consulting engagements with the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), where he advises on product scaling, infrastructure resilience, and innovation adoption.

Oginni’s academic foundation is equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying and Geoinformatics from the University of Lagos and an MBA in Strategy, Technology, and Operations from NYU’s Stern School of Business. At NYU, he conducted research on artificial intelligence, digital commerce, and public infrastructure, contributing to strategy models that inform both corporate growth and government policy.
