Adeyanju is a Certified Coach, who works with and supports small business owners and individuals in corporate organisations who desire to or have made a leadership layer turn. She wondered why people said “Congratulations” when she moved from paid employment to starting her company. A few months after the transition, she began to fully appreciate the greeting and took credit for the decision to transit to the coaching profession.
Her niche is Business and Organisational Coaching. Prior to setting up her coaching practice, she worked in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry with over 18 years of diversified experience in retail sales, service delivery, reputation management, community relations, incident management & crisis resolution, public affairs and corporate communications.
She has built a reputation for creating and capturing value for customers and organisations through optimised service delivery and process standardisation. Whilst in the corporate world, she prioritised talent identification and development evidenced by associates who moved to higher leadership roles.

On making the transition from paid employment to entrepreneurship, Adeyanju says you must ask pertinent questions.
First is, Who am I? For her, self-awareness is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
The second question is, what does success look like? She says she realized this was perhaps the most important statement she would ever have to write because you must have your definition of success.
The third question Adeyanju says is pertinent to know is, How do I achieve success? She insists that you must be so curious you scare yourself. “Ask questions not just from yourself, seek out those who are successful, smart and intelligent. Your associations matter” she advices.
Fourth she says is to count the cost. According to her, “How will you prepare for the next phase? Seek out those who are in the field, listen and reflect on their stories (failures and successes). Then start investing ahead”.
She is an avid supporter and contributor to the education and well-being of less privileged Nigerian children and invests in their development, working through and with various NGOs.
Olomola is a graduate of Industrial Chemistry from University of Ibadan, Nigeria and holds an MBA from Centre for Technology Policy in affliction with Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. She has attended business and leadership programs at IMD, Lausanne; Lagos Business School; Chartered Institute of Public Relations, UK as well as a slew of technical and soft skills training within The Coca-Cola System.
