The Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) has called on the Federal Government to review labour laws to create healthy industrial relations in the country.
This is contained in a statement issued in Lagos on Thursday and signed by Babatunde Ogun, the president of the association.
Ogun said that the existing labour laws should be reviewed “so that the Minister of Labour and Productivity can be empowered to make binding pronouncements on parties while mediating”.
