The candidates of All Progressive Congress (APC) have been declared winners of elections into the National Assembly. The returning officer for elections in Niger North, Mohammad NdaLiman, announced the results in Minna on Monday. Nda Liman announced that the APC candidate for Niger North Senatorial District, Abdullahi Aliyu, scored 172,572 to beat Haladu Agwara of PDP with 72,031 votes.

He also said that in the election for Kontagora/ Mashegu/Wushishi Federal Constituency, the APC candidate, Abdullahi Garba, scored 104, 909 votes to beat PDP’s Kabir Wushishi with 28, 599 votes. (NAN)
