Justice Inyang Ekwo of a Federal High Court in Abuja Friday nullified the withdrawal of operating licence of Daar Communications Plc, owners of AIT and Ray Power Radio.

Both AIT and Ray Power have remained shut Friday following the withdrawal of Daar’s operating license on Thursday by the National Broadcasting Commission, NBC, which accused it of promoting hate speech, among other alleged infractions.
