Edo State House Of Assembly Candidate under the umbrella of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Eghosa Asemota Agbonifo AKA Etek Notions, today joined his party members to kick off campaign in Oredo ahead of the forthcoming general elections.

Etek Notions who is also highly regarded due to his philanthropic heart amidst cheers from his supporters, charged the youths to take their destinies in their hands while revealing what inspired him to join Edo State politics.

“I threw my hat in the ring not because I was jobless, or wanted to test the waters, but I don’t want to keep telling my children that they are the leaders of tomorrow when I have not been able to lead in my own time”, he said.

He went further to say; “we cannot continue to sit on the fence and watch our future taken away from us. The youths make up over 60% of our entire population, and can comfortably dare the older generation and win elections if only we stand together on a common front”.
