Court strikes out motion of jurisdiction against Rimande vs Gen. Bauka case

The presiding judge, Justice Steven Pam who in his ruling strike out the case also asked the plaintiff to file the case by way of summons. Earlier, defendant filled application that the plaintiff over shot the stipulated time of 180days to over 200days to arrive the court and so the court lacks the jurisdiction to handle the case.
