The Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) will hold its annual Fitness Walk tomorrow Saturday in Lagos. The walk which has become an annual event boasts of vast opportunities for Insurance awareness hence it has also been tagged the Insurance Industry Road Show.
This year’s edition will commence from the premises of Guinea Insurance Plc, Jibowu, to terminate at Niger Insurance, Anthony which would host the Pre and Post receptions respectively.
Insurance practitioners are expected to participate in the walk wearing the colors of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. Participants are expected to display the banners of their respective companies while engaging the public through distributing handbills with information on their companies and their offerings.
Director General of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, Tayo Borokini, stated that it remains a veritable platform for reaching out to members of the public in a most unique way, an event that no insurance company will like to miss. Borokini also said that the Fitness Walk provides abeneficial opportunityfor physical fitness, especially for Executives with busy schedules.
The President of CIIN, Lady Isioma Chukwuma also called on insurance executives to participate in the walk, stating that it is always a worthwhile experience.
Attractive prizes await exceptional participants at the destination while the carnival like party offers immense attraction as usual.
