President Muhammadu Buhari has declined assent to three bills passed by the National Assembly.
They include the Police Procurement Fund Bill, Chattered Institute of Management Bill and Nigerian Council for Social Works (Establishment) Bill.
In a letter read on the floor of the Senate by Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu at Tuesday plenary, the President explained that he declined assent due to lack of clarity of the three bills.
