Loading of Nigeria’s Bonga crude are scheduled to average three cargoes in February, less than half the seven cargoes planned in January Reuters reports.
Bonga normally produces around 200,000 barrels per day. According to a copy of the loading plan, the Bonga fields are due to shut for a month of maintenance starting in mid-February, a trade source told Reuters on Tuesday.
Shell, the Bonga operator, could not immediately be reached for comment.
