Bogoro LG Chairman congratulates Bauchi’s governor over leadership award

The Chairman of Bogoro Local Government Area, Yakubu Lawi Sumi, has described as well-deserved the award conferred on Bauchi State Governor, Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, by the Federal Government for governance and regional growth.

In a release, Sumi said the award was a recognition of Governor Bala’s efforts in driving human and infrastructural development across the state, citing improvements in education, healthcare, agriculture, and infrastructure.

He noted that the governor’s administration was constructing two functional flyovers, upgraded access roads, and provided water supply, among other achievements.

Sumi also commended Bala for promoting peace, paying pensions and gratuities, and empowering youth and women.

He expressed gratitude to the Federal Government for acknowledging Governor Bala’s contributions, saying that the award was a testament to his dedication to good governance.

The Chairman urged the people of Bauchi State to continue praying for the governor in other to finish his remaining years in power successfully without any problem, so that State to witness more development.
