Food smuggling (especially rice)? Likely to continue as agricultural productivity has not improved insecurity? No evidence of efforts made to boost security in and around the country’s borders. Criminal and terrorist activities have continued as usual.
Petrol smuggling? Likely to continue until subsidy is 100% gone and it becomes unattractive.
