A Federal High Court in Abuja, Tuesday, ordered the release of Omoyele Sowore, the convener of RevolutionNow, from the detention of the Department of State Security (DSS).
Justice Taiwo Taiwo, who gave the order, ruled that Sowore should deposit his international passport with the registrar of the high court.
He said Sowore should be released to his counsel, Femi Falana, who will always produce him anytime he is needed in court to face his trial.
