IS Internet Solutions Nigeria has bagged the Internet Service Provider of the year 2016 awards at the just concluded Beacon of ICT Awards ceremony held recently.
According to the organiser of the event, Communications Week Media, the publisher of Communications Week, IS Internet Solutions was voted as the ISP of the year in an online poll that ran from November 2015 to March 2016.
At the event, IS Internet Solutions’ achievements in the ISP space was recognised and the organisation’s ability to create tailored ISP solutions to their enterprise clients and their quality of service delivery accounted for them emerging as the ISP of the year.
Olusola Teniola, CEO, IS Internet Solutions Nigeria, said, “We are happy and honoured to receive this award that stands as a recognition of our hard work, dedication, and exemplary and tailored solutions, in the ISP space.”
Ernest Ndukwe, chairman of Open Media and former executive chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission, chaired the occasion that was also attended by representatives of Zenith Bank, Rack Centre, DHL, GTBank, Phase3 Telecoms and Wakanow, who were also winners in other categories.
