This edition will feature six bouts across multiple weight categories, headlined by the highly anticipated light heavyweight showdown between Nigeria’s Universal Boxing Organisation (UBO) Africa champion, Rasheed “ID Buster” Idowu, and Ghana’s Nii Offei Dodoo.

Musical performances will run between the fights to sustain a vibrant, festival-style ambience. Last week, organisers confirmed Afrobeats star Shoday as one of the headline performers, with more artists to be announced in the coming days.

According to Flykite Productions, GOtv Boxing Night was created to deepen Nigeria’s boxing culture while delivering premium end-of-year entertainment to a diverse audience.
