Arsenal have reportedly identified Paris Saint-Germain winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as a top target for the upcoming summer transfer window.
According to The Independent, manager Mikel Arteta sees the 25-year-old Georgian as the creative spark capable of elevating the Gunners’ attack to elite levels.

Arsenal are prepared for a deal that could exceed £160 million (€190m), aiming to refresh a forward line recently criticised for over-reliance on set pieces.
Kvaratskhelia’s representatives are reportedly open to a move, but negotiations are expected to be complicated. Paris Saint-Germain views the winger as a cornerstone of Luis Enrique’s long-term project and is unlikely to sell easily.
The Georgian has scored 11 goals in 35 appearances this season, underlining his importance at the top level.
He first rose to prominence at Napoli, helping the club win Serie A titles in 2023 and 2025 before joining PSG in January 2025. Despite the mid-season switch, he remained credited in Napoli’s 2025 title-winning campaign.
With Arsenal keen to bolster creativity and attacking dynamism, Kvaratskhelia represents a marquee target, but prising him away from PSG is expected to be a major challenge.
