Ademola Lookman appears set to leave Atalanta at the end of the season, with recent tension over Gian Piero Gasperini’s comments following his missed penalty against Club Brugge further fueling speculation about his future.

The 27-year-old Nigerian winger had already attempted to leave the Gewiss Stadium last summer, with Paris Saint-Germain expressing interest in securing his signature. However, no offers materialized that Atalanta deemed indispensable.

According to Tutto Atalanta, Serie A giants Juventus, could emerge as a prime destination for the former Everton star. Should Kenan Yildiz depart in the summer transfer window, sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli will need to find a suitable replacement, and Lookman is seen as a top candidate.

Lookman, the reigning African Player of the Year is at the peak of his career and eager to take the next step, both in sporting and financial terms. A Juventus side without Yildiz could provide the perfect opportunity for the Nigerian forward to elevate his career.

Lookman’s valuation is expected to be around €50 million, with strong interest from the Premier League adding further competition for his signature.

Meanwhile, despite signing Napoli forward Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for €75 million in January, PSG are reportedly still monitoring Lookman as a potential addition to their attacking options.
