Full Performance Premieres on YouTube, November 7

ThinkMint Nigeria has marked its 5th anniversary with two groundbreaking events that have reshaped industry conversations and elevated real estate storytelling in the country—the highly successful Real Estate Discussions & Awards (REDA 2025) and the unveiling of House Mattaz, Nigeria’s first interactive real estate stage play.

REDA 2025 convened top stakeholders across government, finance, development, technology, and investment. Distinguished guests included Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu; Dr. Armstrong Ume Takang, CEO, Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI); and Engr. Dr. Oluyinka Olumide, Honourable Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Lagos State.

The conference served as a strategic platform for discussing the future of Nigerian real estate—prioritizing affordability, sustainability, innovation, policy reform, and investor confidence. Governor Sanwo-Olu reaffirmed Lagos State’s commitment to building a “people-centred housing ecosystem,” stressing that “sustainability and inclusivity are the foundation of modern development.”

As part of its anniversary activities, ThinkMint Nigeria also introduced a new dimension to real estate engagement with House Mattaz, a first-of-its-kind stage play that blends theatre, storytelling, music, comedy, and industry insight. The live debut, held at Terra Kulture, Victoria Island, brought together developers, PropTech innovators, actors, creatives, and industry leaders who were captivated by the fusion of art and real estate knowledge.

The play explores the dreams, deals, dilemmas, and emotional journeys within Nigeria’s property market, revealing the human stories often hidden behind transactions and investments.

According to Mrs. Imeida Usoro-Olaoye, Convener of House Mattaz and Founder of ThinkMint Nigeria, the production reflects the company’s mission over the past five years: transforming traditional real estate marketing into powerful, relatable storytelling.

“Real estate is not just about property—it is about people, emotion, and the decisions that shape lives,” she said.

For those who missed the live show, the full production of House Mattaz will premiere on YouTube on November 7, 2025, giving audiences across the world the opportunity to experience this innovative intersection of real estate culture and Nigerian theatre.

Viewers are encouraged to subscribe to the ThinkMint Nigeria YouTube channel and turn on notifications to be among the first to watch the premiere.
