Terminal Africa rewards women thriving in male-dominated industries

To amplify its support for excellence, Terminal Africa celebrated Inspector Justina Rita Omogbai and Mrs Ayomikun Ifedayo for their outstanding impact in their respective roles.

The women who were nominated by employees who had seen their viral videos on social media, shared their unique experiences during a courtesy visit to Terminal HQ, highlighting how they discovered an avenue to do something unique within their environment and eventually got noticed for thriving in male-dominated industries.

Speaking at the event, Nnamdi Okoh, CEO of Terminal Africa applauded the impact these women have within their environment and encouraged them to continue to give their best as they were nominated for this outstanding recognition by people who had observed their good work.

Inspector Justina Rita Omogbai and Mrs Ayomikun Ifedayo both shared challenges and discrimination they encountered in their roles, which further strengthened their belief to remain persistent and committed to doing good work. They have excellently demonstrated their commitment to improving and adding value to their environment regardless of their circumstances.
