Realwarripikin Foundation, an NGO founded on September 12, 2019, by Anita Asuoha popularly known as Realwarripikin, has made remarkable strides in empowering women and supporting education in Nigeria. The organization has been a driving force for change through its various initiatives, most notably the Back to School Campaign and the Women Empowerment Scheme.
In its efforts to support women in business, Realwarripikin Foundation launched the 1 Million Naira Challenge five years ago, helping numerous women boost their existing businesses. This year, the foundation is expanding its efforts by raising the bar to 3 million Naira in March, aiming to empower even more women across the nation.
Founder Anita Asuoha stated, “We are a non-governmental organization with a passion for women empowerment, and we continue to set ourselves apart by fostering real change in the lives of Nigerian women.”
Realwarripikin Foundation is also deeply involved in corporate social responsibility, with its Back to School Campaign being a standout project. Through this initiative, the foundation equips young students with essential reading and writing materials, giving them the tools needed to succeed in their educational journey.
Anita Asuoha reflects on the organization’s success, saying, “The act of love, which translates to effortless giving, has been the most interesting thing we’ve learned, and it’s what drives us to serve our community better.”
As Realwarripikin Foundation celebrates its achievements, it remains committed to empowering women and contributing to the future of Nigeria’s youth.
