DLA Piper Africa Nigeria (Olajide Oyewole LLP) appoints Mrs Bola Tinubu as Managing Partner

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Bola Tinubu as Managing Partner, effective January 1, 2024. Mrs. Tinubu succeeds Mr. Tunde Oyewole, who will now serve as Chairman of the firm’s Board.

Mrs Tinubu leads the Firm’s Corporate Practice and the Boardroom Counsel Practice. She has more than 30 years’ experience assisting companies to deliver on their strategic objectives, representing buyers and sellers, private companies, and institutional investors across a broad range of corporate transactions with a particular focus on ESG and sustainability governance.
