Seinde Signature is set to open its world class fragrance experience studio at the 11th floor, Oriental Hotel, Lekki-Lagos on November 29, 2020.
The studio which is a first of its kind in Nigeria and Africa will afford fragrance lovers the opportunity to sample over 1000 unique fragrances from different brands and perfumes before that making the decision to purchase
In an interview with BusinessDay, Olufemi Olaseinde, MD, Seinde Signature who has been in the perfume industry for close to four decades noted that his love for perfumes stemmed from admiring his father’s perfume collection.
“Like many others, I started building my personal collection by blind buying through friends abroad. But I gained a better understanding of the perfume industry over the years, and with this knowledge I built my personal fragrance collection which is made up of over 1000 carefully selected fragrances from the best brands and perfumes all over the world,” Olaseinde said.
He stressed that most perfume retailers sell by general reviews or personal experiences, which does not correctly capture how fragrances react on individuals hence the need for an experienced studio.
He also listed skin PH balance, hormones and skin type as some of the factors which contribute to why a perfume would project differently on different people or skin.
The category of people who are welcome to visit the stores are those who wish to expand their perfume collection but need guidance on what to buy, others who wish to get inspired and expand their palate by sampling various creations and perfume lovers, who visit for the experience and fun.
Seinde Signature is chiefly into three major services, namely: consultation, partnership and exchange market.
