Sterling Homes moves to tackle Nigeria’s housing deficit

Sterling Homes, a property development company in Nigeria is making a move to tackle the housing deficit in Nigeria through the launch of two new projects.

The two projects – GEMS Court and The Duchess located in Osogbo GRA and Bogije, Lekki respectively is instigated by the rapid urbanization experienced across the nation, which has made it mandatory for property developers to scale up actions in the construction of homes for Nigerians, according to a statement.

Kunle Adeyemi, CEO of Sterling Homes, said that the company has a genuine burden of reducing the housing deficit in Nigeria by targeting specific market segments and providing the best value for money.
