Sojimoto Construction redefines architecture at Medici Luxury Terraces

Medici Luxury Terraces is easily a conscious effort laced with commitment by Sojimoto Construction, an emerging real estate investment and development firm, to redefine architecture and also change the skyline and the landscape of its immediate environment.

The luxurious and contemporary finishing coupled with meticulous attention to detail  at Medici Terraces give it away as a quintessence of extra-ordinary architecture embodied in seven beautiful luxury terraces superior in quality and unique in comparism to other properties of its kind.

With a fundamental objective to change the landscape of Lagos and give it its architectural birth-right by ensuring that the buildings beat global architectural standards, Sojimoto Construction has made substantial investment in both aesthetics and luxury finishing.

Sojibomi Ogundele, the company’s CEO, disclosed to BusinessDay during a tour of the facility that N27 million has been spent on the marbling of the building, just to protect it from dust and dirt, bearing in mind that this could also last longer when compared to wall paints.

Strategically located on Milverton Road, Off Bourdillon/Alexander Roads in Ikoyi, this facility comes with top-notch finishing and facility management and, according to Ogundele, it is relatively affordable when compared to the luxury apartments of its kind, making it truly stand in a class of its own with great value for money.

“The foundation of the buildings is more essential to us than the finishing and, knowing that Ikoyi has water soiled landscape, our foundation goes 20 meters deep”, Ogundele said, adding that residents’ security is paramount, hence the 24 hours armed security personnel keeping watch along with the Nigerian Police Force house which sits within nucleus of the neighborhood and will be prompting high security details in the area.

There are two units of 200KVA generators with 5 years guarantee and 100KVA inverter system ensuring 24 hours electricity supply. Inside the building is a fitted Italian kitchen with complementary double door refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and duravit extraordinary high quality bathroom furniture.

The air conditioners comprise eight ultra-modern split units air conditioning system per unit, a gymnasium with 20 medium equipment and roof top lounge with embedded Jacuzzi. There are 24 hours free 4G internet connectivity in each unit, personalized gardens offering serenity and privacy to individual residents and visitors and high-technology video gate intercom access control. There is also an ample space for packing which accommodates two cars for each building.

The ground floor comprises a living room and dining, the entrance, terrace, box room, boys quarter bedroom with toilet and bathroom, store, kitchen and visitor’s toilet. On  the first floor, there is a master bedroom, guest room, study room, living/dining room, visitor’s toilet, box room, store, kitchen, entrance lobby, terrace, steward room with toilet and bathroom.

Ogundele notes that there are lots of deficiencies in the Nigerian real estate sector which have to do with not leaving up to the expectations of the people. “If you buy an apartment in New York, London or Paris at a cost of $1 million to $2 million, it would be located in a prime area of the city, with luxury finishing and most impeccable architecture money can buy. In Lagos, it’s the contrary; but we will not be unreasonable and would not compromise on quality,” he assured.

He assured further that when a unit is bought from Sojimoto, it would not only be an apartment but a luxury lifestyle at costs too good to be true.
