High demand from locals and Nigerians who subscribed for Ambassador Heights, the new luxury residential development at the Moevenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra has elevated the upscale development, having realized sell-out of its first phase of inventory.

According to its promoters, the project which was launched on December 7, 2013 is achieving record breaking price points and enjoying strong local and Nigerian demand across its 3 and 4 bedroom homes.

Speaking to the high profile of buyers on the success of the initial launch, Sales Manager for the project, Robert Davis said, “our clients comprises very affluent and discerning individuals who seek the best in all aspects of life.  They appreciate that Ambassador Heights is completely differentiated from any other development in the market and support our vision in creating Accra’s first and only 5 Star mixed use development.  Our local and Nigerian clients are confident we will deliver an ownership, lifestyle, and investment opportunity unparalleled in the region.”

Ambassador Heights will be comprised of exclusive City Homes immediately adjacent to the Moevenpick Ambassador Hotel.  Homeowners will have full access to the amenities and services of the surrounding complex; restaurants, retail, meeting and event facilities, pool, spa, fitness and more.

With the success of Phase I, we are seeing strong demand across a waiting list of clients for purchase  of our limited Phase II inventory which is now being released,” Davis assured.
