Knight Frank, an estate management firm, is collaborating with Rainbow Town to bring together stakeholders in the real estate sector and other investors from across the continent to boost job and investment opportunities in the country.
Albert Orizu, the senior partner of Knight Frank, told BusinessDay that the partnership will open a new chapter in the real estate sector.
According to him, the Rainbow Town brand has moved from conception to reality while the expertise of Knight Frank was solidly behind the investment and job opportunities that will make it a life time investment for potential investors.
He said, “The corporate investment session is being put together by both organisations to create job opportunities and accelerate the sale and occupancy of the Rainbow Town estates-first in sub-Saharan Africa”.
He said the speaker of the River State House of Assembly, Otemlemaba Amachree, was leading the River State delegation to the event, while captains of industry in Nigeria, Africa and across the globe have confirmed their participation at the forum.
“The investment profile of Rainbow Town which is put at about N80 billion upon completion requires nothing less than a strategic gathering, where would be investors can interact with promoters of the estate with a view to seeking validation of the proposition”, he said.
Orizu, who emphasised that the investment meeting will among other activities give detailed and graphic view of the future of real investment in real estate business in Africa, noted that the forum will afford corporate organisations and influential individuals the rare opportunity of interacting with the promoters of the project.
