During a tour of the neatly finished ShowHome, Bidemi Olutimayin, an official of the company, revealed to BusinessDay that over the years, Haven Homes has distinguished itself from its contemporaries with its rare ability to maximize space through modern designs in all its homes because of the limited supply of land within the state, a feat, she claimed, the firm has replicated in Richmond Gate Estate.
“Just like in our previous developments, we always ensure the optimum use of space through our concepts”, she said, adding that another striking feature of the house types expected at the estate is the distinct interior design of each unit.
The Showhome, which can be described as an architectural masterpiece, has all its five rooms en suite with the ground floor comprising a spacious living room, a maid’s room and a neatly fitted kitchen.
According to Olutimayin, the first set of delivery which is about 32 units of its four and five bedroom terrace and semi detached designs have been fully subscribed with the firm planning further expansion to mee high demand.
