GTRich Investment, a fast-growing real estate development firm, has opened new investment opportunities for savvy investors with the launch of the third phase of its Lekki Gardens Estate.

The new estate, according to the company, is a follow up to the first two phases they say experienced impressive demand by investors and home seekers alike.

Tucked away in a high-brow area, along Lekki-Epe Expressway, the estate is bordered by Abraham Adesanya Estate, Crown Estate and the Lagos Business School.

“The estate is expected to toe the path of its predecessors by providing housing solutions to the ever-growing middle class and also afford savvy investors the opportunity to invest in real estate,” said Azuka Ugboh, the company’s media director.

According to Ugboh, construction work has started on site to construct new luxury homes, with the aim of delivering housing units with different designs and configurations to suit client’s needs.

He said that “at Lekki Gardens, we do not just try to manage a project from start to finish, rather, we identify, plan, develop and implement our projects in a creative manner while making sure we deliver within a specified time frame.”

Continuing, he said as a property solution providing company, “Lekki Gardens looks beyond the project it handles and responds to the property yearnings of its teeming clients with respect to providing quality and tastefully finished homes for the comfort of our clients

“The phase III is also another way Lekki Gardens wishes to reward its numerous clients whom it has always seen as partners.

“Currently, we are building facilities such as perimeter fencing, central sewage system, street lights and landscaping that will help service the plots. Other facilities will include an estate clinic, shopping malls, central water treatment plant, integrated security system, club house, schools and recreational centres.”

He assured that “the estate on completion will also afford young families the opportunity to own comfy homes in the high-brow Lekki neighbourhood at affordable prices.”

Some of the house types expected at the estate on completion include three bedroom terrace with kitchen with pantry, lounge, maids room, two bedroom en suite, starting from N11.8 million on outright payment. The four bedroom terrace with master’s bedroom en suite, two bedrooms, dinning area or maid’s room and a car park will start from N15.8 million on outright payment also.

Other types will include a four bedroom semi-detached house with boy’s quarter in deluxe and premium designs will start from N20 million and N21.5 million, respectively. “We will also offer alternative payment plans to our clients who can not pay out rightly,” he said.
