Fine & Country West Africa partners LBS to host 3 day workshop on Real Estate Marketing

Fine & Country continues to spur conversations that facilitate the building of a global standard real estate industry, Fine and Country West Africa partnered with the prestigious Pan-Atlantic University (Lagos Business School) to design and facilitate a 3day workshop in Real Estate Marketing.

The just concluded workshop is the second in the 4 module course of the Real Estate Leadership Development Workshop.

The first module in November 2018 on Real Estate Development recorded an impressive success and this time around, the workshop saw participants taken through a full and rigorous training in Branding, Marketing and Communication for the Real Estate by industry thought leaders.

The training was divided into the 3 main building blocks of real estate marketing:

i) Brand Strategies and Communication (ii) Legal perspectives (iii) Sales CEO of Fine and Country WA, Mrs.Udo Okonjo joined by Mr.Akin Olawore (of Akin Olawore & Co),Mr.Deolu Dara (VP, Avante properties & Asset Management), Mr. Paul Onwuanibe of Landmark Development, Dr. Tayo Otubanjo: Senior Lecturer, Lagos Business School, Charles
O’tudor:Principal Consultant, ADSTRAT Brand; took the participants through a full and rigorous training in engendering topics on brand and marketing strategies as well as communications for real estate.

Not one to not commit to less than quality and well rounded education, the program had as faciliators experts in legal perspectives, Barr. Okechukwu Ezeokoli: Senior Associate Lexavier Partners and Barr Amechi Isiekwena, they exposed participants to the legal guidelines involved to successfully practise top notch real estate marketing, an important point made was, acting in the interest of a client without going out of confines of what is legally permissible is not only possible but recommended.

Dr Ogechi Adeola: Associate Professor of Marketing & Academic Director of Sales & Marketing Academy, Lagos Business School exposed participants to intricacies of the sales cycle.

There was also an opportunity for participants to enjoy 2 panel sessions where Experts like Mr.Dapo Eludire, Chief Operating Officer- Property Pro, Mr.Michael Nwayemike : Lead Consultant, Markova Creatives, Dr Henrietta Onwuegbuzie; Senior Lecturer, Entrepreneurship,Lagos Business School & Academic Director, Owner-Manager Programme, Mrs. Izehi Thompson- Service Excellent Expert/CEO Eleanor Thompson Solutions and Mr Frederic Nader of Elalan Construction shared experiences.
