Occasionally, despite the lull in the real estate market generally, the market comes alive with excitement as some developers walk in with products that have defied economic challenges. One of the latest of these developers is Deluxe Residences, a leading real estate developer in Nigeria, which brought excitement to the market recently with the delivery and launching of its project called The Orchard located in Oniru area of Victoria Island, Lagos.
The Orchard Oniru is one of the three residential projects the company will be delivering in Lagos this month. Emmanuel Odemayowa, the company’s MD/CEO, disclosed at the official opening and handover of The Orchard that under their ‘A November to Remember’ theme, Deluxe Residences will also be delivering and handing over two other developments this November namely, The Avant Apartments, Ikoyi and the Orchard Lekki.

Odemayowa commended their clients for buying into the vision and their trust in Deluxe Residences in the development of the off-plan properties. Also speaking at the occasion, the Chief Operating Officer of Deluxe Residences, Eka Ekwem, said all the three projects being handed over had been fully subscribed to by their customers, attesting to the quality of the projects and the value it offered its customers.

She said the completed projects were just part of several other real estate projects the company was currently handling, adding that the company’s commitment was to provide homes that met the varied lifestyle needs of its clientele. The Executive Director, Construction of Deluxe Residences, Sheriff Abubakar, said quality was the overriding consideration in the completed projects, adding that they were all built to exact specifications in line with their customers’ expectations.
The homeowners of The Orchard, Oniru were presented with the documents/keys to their various apartments. The development comprises 16 three-bedroom apartments with maids’ room and two penthouse apartments. The Avant Apartments, Ikoyi comprises 8 units of three-bedroom apartments while the Orchard Lekki is made up of 16 units of semi-detached 4-bedroom homes.
