Aptly referred to as Africa’s premier workspace, Centre Point rises 103 meters high with a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 55,000square metres and comprises lettable office spaces, owner-occupied office spaces and multipurpose hall each with a dedicated well-appointed entrance at the ground floor.

The building also boasts a multipurpose hall on the 8th floor, a gymnasium and restaurant on the 9th mezzanine floor, a helipad with a dedicated waiting lounge at the top of the tower, and a total of 266 car park spaces to cater for all its occupants. Its interior design, meticulously curated by renowned experts, leaves no detail untouched, resulting in an environment of sheer luxury.
