Briscoe Properties redefines luxury with Orchid Court

Briscoe Properties expands estate offering for Lagos residents

Briscoe Properties, a real estate firm noted for providing comfy housing solutions, has redefined luxury in property development with its Orchid Court – an ultra-luxurious estate situated at the heart of GRA, Ikeja, Lagos.

Orchid Court is a collection of choice apartments with different house types and designs such as detached houses, semi-detached houses, duplexes, penthouses and blocks of flats.

Suleman Dimeji-Bamgbose of Samson Agbato Consulting, the estate’s marketing firm, explains that the court, which has Sheraton Hotel and government institutions as its close neighbours, is a haven for corporate clients and the elite.

“The detached houses will come in three floors, including ground floor, comprising an entrance porch, a living room, dining room, lounge, five bedrooms, study room, maid’s room, and modern fitted kitchen at the cost of N150 million,” Dimeji-Bamgbose reveals.

The semi-detached houses, which come as a twin duplex, will sell for N140 million each and they comprise five bedrooms, a study room, maid’s room and modern fitted kitchen.

According to him, the triplex will be delivered as a triplet, each comprising four-bedrooms, a maid room, all on three floors including the ground floor. Each of the triplex will sell for N125 million, he adds.

Other house-types include the duplex which will come in varying configurations as either a three or four bedroom apartment at the cost of N120 million.

The penthouse, which has a three-bedroom apartment and a maid room, all on top floor, will cost N100 million.

The Court also boasts of blocks of apartments with three spacious bedrooms and a maid’s room at the cost of N75 million.

Facilities at the Court include a standby alternative power supply, gym, swimming pool, two parking lots per apartment, paved road network, water treatment plant, video entry phone for each apartment, sewage treatment plant and fire alarm systems.

On the payment plan, Bamgbose notes that an outright payment on any property attracts a 5 percent discount, however, the option of an instalment payment plan over a period of nine months or six instalment payments over construction period exists.
