BO Properties has completed the handover of Project Estellar, a two-storey building with studio and one-bedroom apartments in Ilaje Akoka. The event brought together investors who marked the completion of their 20-year lease agreements.
Ifedayo Okungbowa, CEO of BO Properties, addressed attendees, reflecting on the project’s progress: “January 2024 marked the groundbreaking for Project Estellar. Despite the challenges faced by the construction industry last year, including soaring material costs, we stood firm in upholding our core ESTATE values: Excellence, Sustainability, Transparency, Accountability, Teamwork, and Excellence in service.” The project created over 70 jobs for engineers, builders, and other professionals.
Investors expect returns of up to ₦700,000 per month. Speaking at the event, an investor shared their experience: “I remember being reluctant to buy into this project, but BO Properties has surpassed my expectations.”
Project Estellar features high-quality finishes, including screeded walls, full tiling, POP ceilings, and glass accents. The development is powered by solar energy and offers facility management and security. Its location near the University of Lagos, Yaba College of Technology, Third Mainland Bridge, and Airport Road positions it as a viable option for shortlet and hostel accommodations.
While all units of Project Estellar have been sold, BO Properties is offering additional investment opportunities. Estellar Prime in Akoka features smart TVs, access cards, Alexa automation, and full furnishings. Limited units remain available. Project Rio in Ikeja is available for outright sale and is located near Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja GRA, International Airport, and Ikeja City Mall.
