INEC recognises David Mark, Rauf Aregbesola, others as authentic leaders of ADC

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, recognised the leadership of Senator David Mark as the authentic National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress, ADC.

Published on the s-HaX-HandleINEC, also recognised Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as the party’s National Secretary and Mani Ibrahim Ahmad, Ph.D, as National Treasurer respectively.

Other members of the team include Akibu Dalhatu as the Party’s National Financial Secretary, and Prof. Oserheimen Aigberaodion Osunbor as National Legal Adviser.

The commission also recognised No. 4 Oyo Street, Area 2, Abuja, as the Party’s Secretariat.

Meanwhile, BusinessDay recalls that the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Thursday, September 4, 2025, had restrained the former Senate president, David Markex-ex, ex- Osun State Governor, among others, from parading themselves as leaders of the party.

The order delivered, by Justice Emeka Nwi, followed a motion ex parte filed on September 2, 2025
