Appeal Court sitting in Abuja, Monday, ordered stay of execution of the suspension order imposed on the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomole.
In a ruling by the three man panel, lifted the order of an FCT High Court, which asked Oshiomhole to step aside as National Chairman of the party.
The court held that there was merit in the ex parte application filed by Oshiomhole.
The panel thus restrained the respondents from taking further steps that will undermine the office of the National Chairman until the determination of the substantive matter.
