Lamidi Apapa, factional leader of Labour Party (LP) walked out of tribunal proceedings along with a Senior Advocate (SAN) of Nigeria Friday.
The drama happened after the SAN who did not mention his name, stood up and told the court that he was briefed to represent the LP as legal counsel.
Justice Tsammani then told the SAN that LP’s petition cannot have two counsels. He asked the SAN to either sit and observe or leave.
The lawyy left and Apapa follows him.
Before the drama, Obi had announced appearance for himself and also the Labour Party.
