GE & P gets new partner

The law firm of George Etomi & Partners (GE&P) started off the year on a cheerful note with announcements of promotions and elevations.

First, was the admission of former Senior Associate, Efeomo Olotu into the firm’s partnership.

Olotu who joined the firm in 2008 has vast experience in commercial law transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate project finance. Her promotion is seen as a reward for loyalty and industry.

The new partner who is currently on secondment to Heritage Bank was also the Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law.

In another development, Aderiike Aderemi also of GE&P was promoted to the position of Senior Associate in the firm.

Ms. Aderemi joined the firm in 2012 and is extensively involved in Banking, Corporate Finance transactions, Corporate Governance, Company Secretarial and IT & Telecommunications Law.
