Winning Mindset Initiative launches grant for start-ups

Elisha Mamman, the convener of Winning Mindset has launched a grant for unemployed youths with great business ideas residing in the northern part of the country to establish their businesses.

The donation, which is part of the events to mark the third anniversary of the ‘The Winning Mindset with Elisha Mamman’, is reckoned to be one of the fastest-growing personal development platforms in the northern region of the country.

The winning mindset which began in March 2017 is a monthly event to train leaders and inspire intentional living.

“From its onset, the programme has shared principles that foster transformation and growth to the core of people in other to enable them to apply these success strategies in solving real-life challenges,” Mamman said during the launch.

“Over the past two years, the community’s growth has increased exponentially to reach over 600 youths monthly in Kaduna State with an online community of over 10,300 people,” he further said.

“The lives of youths in the state and diaspora have been affected positively towards personal development and purposeful living,” he added.

He says the Winning Mindset platform now has meetings in four major cities – kaduna, Zaria, Abuja, and Kafanchan across the region.

He added that the virus outbreak has made it necessary for start-ups to be supported to transform their ideas into profitable businesses.

“That is why we are introducing the Entrepreneurship Grants worth over N400,000 to be given to deserving individuals as support for business and education which is one of the core qualities of the platform,” he said.

Prominent speakers across the country invited to speak at the occasion include; Niyi Adesanya, Fela Durotoye, Samson

Olatunde, John Obidi, Apeh Harrison, Bankole Williams, and Steve Harris among others.

The vision according to him is to inspire a million youths to live intentionally and pursue a worthy dream is becoming a reality as more people under mentorship have been exposed to initiating possibilities, dreams, and birthing realities in their lives.
