Whatever CBN does must impact people on the street – Cardoso

Olayemi Cardoso, governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), on Thursday said whatever a leader does or whatever policy is implemented must impact the man on the street.

He said this during a fireside chat with Frank Aigbogun, publisher/chief executive officer of BusinessDay Media Limited, at the ongoing 2024 CEO forum, which is themed ‘Leadership in tough economic times.’

As CBN, we must collaborate with others,” he said, adding that transparency, communication are key in leadership.
