Over 20,000 stakeholders from across 20 countries will gather to chart the way forward and make critical submissions at this year’s edition of the Omniverse Africa Summit.
The event, scheduled from February 25 to 28, 2025, at the Landmark Event Centre, Lagos, is set to unite key players from technology, finance, culture, government, and the private sector.
Organised in partnership with the GIZ/Digital Transformation Centre (DTC) Nigeria, and the Innovation Support Network (ISN), the summit, according to the organisers, promises to be a transformative experience for thought leaders, investors, policymakers, and innovators from across Africa and beyond.
The Digital Transformation Centre (DTC) Nigeria is co-funded by the European Union (EU) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
The Omniverse Africa Summit will be joined by key partners such as European Union, GIZ’s Sustainable Economic Development Cluster (SEDEC) Digital Transformation Centre Nigeria, Centre for Black and African Arts and Civilisation (CBAAC), National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Federal Ministry for Art, Culture, Tourism and Creative Economy, Innovation Support Network, Trace, German Cooperation, British Government, National Council for Arts and Culture (NCAC), Genius Hub, Unanimous Games, TechQuest STEM Academy, and Beats FM.
This collaboration, the organisers said, aims to create an immersive ecosystem of learning, networking, and collaboration, driving Africa’s digital economy forward.
