The Supreme Court has Tuesday declared Ademola Adeleke the rightful winner of the July 16 governorship election in Osun State.
This verdict upholds Adeleke’s victory at the polls and at the appeal court.
The court said the appellant failed to adduce enough evidence to prove his allegation of over voting in the July 16, 2022 governorship poll.
The judgment is affirmed and adopted by the five members of the panel. They also agreed that the appeal lacks merit.
