“The journey towards seeking Integrated Management Systems certification commenced in the 4th quarter of 2019 with a target of completing the exercise during the first half of 2020. This target completion date could not be achieved due to COVID-19 restrictions. It is instructive to note that we sought and received the cooperation of the SON team during the certification process and we make bold to say that the certification process was extremely thorough and professional. We are privileged to have been audited by some of the best professionals within the SON team in Nigeria and for this we are grateful.
We commit to SON that we shall abide by the principles that drive consistent quality and environmental standards compliance in our day-to day activities.”
Among SON officials present at the ceremony were the representative of the Director General, Eng. Felix Nyado; Mr. Adewumi Richard (Deputy Director); Mrs Orekoya Bolanle (Group Head, Other Standards); Mrs.Amina Haliru (Accreditation Manager); Abubakar Abdulkadir Jelani (Certification Manager) and Eng.
