Ekwuribe, who was one-time Secretary of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Abia Council, also urged the Governor’s Kitchen Cabinet to consider implementing the template of Peter Obi, former governor of Anambra State and presidential Candidate of the Labour Party (LP).

“The governor has started very well through a number of positive steps like engagement of Julius Berger to construct durable and quality roads in the state, aggressive evacuation of refuse and promise to revamp the civil service, but it may be too early to award marks till his hundred days in office,” Ekwuribe said.
