RCCG foundation to organise first CSR conference in Nigeria

Focus, dedication, work ethic needed in pursuit of life goals – RCCG Pastor

In response to the urgent need for collaborative action amidst unprecedented global challenges, His Love Foundation, the Charity arm of The Redeemed Christian Church Of God is set to stage the International Christian Social Responsibility (CSR) Conference.

According to a statement to the media on Monday, the conference is slated to hold at The Trinity Tower, COD Church Road, Yesufu Abiodun Way, Oniru Estate, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Tuesday, 30th April.

This transformative event, themed ‘Driving Collaboration for Sustainable Development’, aims to catalyze collective efforts towards addressing pressing societal and environmental issues.

The statement stated that the conference is expected to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders, including corporations, NGOs, governments, and the academia.

The conference also seeks to accelerate progress towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and fostering a more resilient and equitable world.

The Key-note speaker will be Wayne Dunn, a professor and President ; Founder of CSR Training Institute, Montreal, Canada, leading engaging panel discussions, and facilitating interactive workshops at the core of the conference agenda, that will offer attendees a platform to exchange ideas, share best practices, and explore innovative solutions across various sectors.

The statement further stressed that the collaboration was essential for driving meaningful change and advancing sustainable development goals and through dialogue, partnerships, and inspired action, adding that the aim is to forge a path towards a more sustainable future for all.
