The Police Service Commission and the Nigeria Police Force have announced the conclusion of the 2022/2023 recruitment exercise for police constables, with successful candidates set to resume training from April 12, 2025.

In a public notice on Wednesday, the Commission urged all shortlisted applicants to visit the official recruitment portal https://apply.policerecruitment.gov.ng to confirm their status.

Documentation for admitted candidates is scheduled to take place at designated Police Training Schools between April 12 and April 19, 2025. Candidates who fail to report within this period will be considered to have declined the offer.

The authorities emphasised that the recruitment exercise is entirely free, warning applicants to beware of fraudsters and unofficial charges.
